Location, Location, Location
REALTORS® speak about “Location, Location, Location, as being the key factor in real estate, but while you can search for homes with ease, the results are limited to the property details of a home.
Without knowledge of a homes location relative to the amenities you value – schools, shopping, places of worship – you can make a wrong decision. Happy with the home, unhappy with the neighborhood or location.
Property Details Plus Lifestyle Needs
The answer to moving past the limitation of property details is Lifestyle Search by SpatialMatch®. Created by two real estate insiders with long experience in real estate sales, and a strong founding in technology, it is a consumer’s answer to how real estate search should be. For me as a broker, it is the answer to meeting the superior service and quick access to information my customers have grown to expect from other industries.

[/tab][tab title=”Exclusive Buyer’s Broker – 100% Loyal to You”]
Does it seem strange to you that a REALTOR® would limit his or her Brokerage to Buyers Only?
Most Brokerages base their business on listings, the lifeblood of real estate. Listings make the phone ring but if you are the person making the call, please realize that if you call a listing agent, their primary loyalty is to the seller. In fact any agent working for a brokerage is a representative of the seller for any listing held by his or her agency.
[blockquote]Why would you choose an agent who’s primary fiduciary responsibility is to the seller, when you are the buyer?[/blockquote]
The question becomes, Is ‘your’ agent really working for you? I’m an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker, the purest form of buyer representation. I never take a listing, I only work as a buyer’s agent.
Open “See the Differences” to view the stark differences between your choices – that of Customer of a seller’s agency or that of a Client of a Buyer’s Broker. When you are a client, you’ll be served, not sold. When you are a client, your interests become my interests.
