The Discovery phase starts the day a buyer first thinks about purchasing a new home. During this phase consumers acquaint (or reacquaint) themselves with the buying process itself. When you click on the Lifestyle button you leave all other real estate search solutions behind.
Here you find a list of categories. You can add any of these categories to your search and they will appear on the map. Set a radius around them and a circle will appear on the map; continue to add other features until you have added the lifestyle categories important to you. Now see how your home of interest relates – this will help you find not only the home that meets your physical and price requirements but also a home close to the amenities important to your every-day needs.
